    Write to support@mywodcam.com from the email address you sign in with.

    Use the subject Delete my account. Nothing else is needed.

    We confirm by email, then delete the account and its data within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account and email address.
  • Your profile: full name, box or affiliate, default athlete name.
  • Your profile picture and box logo.
  • Every competition you submitted, approved or not, with its workouts, logo and PDF. It disappears from the app.
  • If you used WodCam Cloud (a subscription or a single clip): the clips you uploaded stay online 15 days, then they are deleted, with their links.

Never paid for WodCam Cloud? Then we never kept any of your videos.

What is kept

  • Clip sessions are not linked to any account, so they cannot be found from yours. Each one is deleted one year after it was issued.
  • Anonymous usage statistics are not linked to anyone. They are deleted after 25 months.

The videos on your phone never reach our servers: delete them in the app or in your phone's gallery (Movies/WodCam).
